When you think about it, quit smoking and weight gain unfortunately seem to go hand in hand. It’s to be expected that when you stop smoking you will replace that behavior with another behavior. Therefore, make sure that you replace your unhealthy habit with healthy habits. One of the fears that people have when they quit cigarettes is that they will automatically gain weight, because it is natural to want to replace the oral gratification of smoking with the oral gratification of eating. And you might find yourself continuing to eat even after you’re full because you don’t have a cigarette to “finish” your meal. Since you are already conquering a major goal by stopping smoking, start out with a small exercise goal, choose something that you enjoy doing and gradually increase the amount of time you spend doing it. You don’t have to spend money on a gym membership, although you will have more money in your pocket now that you’ve quit smoking. Making it a social event with one or more friends will help you stick with your new goal. Even if your friend is a dog, it will enjoy more frequent walks. Maybe now’s the perfect time to begin agility training, which is great exercise for both you and your dog.

If you need proof that quit smoking and weight gain don’t have to always go together, think of a study that was conducted with Air Force recruits. You can’t smoke, drink alcohol or eat snacks in boot camp, but you do eat well-balanced meals and get a lot of exercise. At the end of the six weeks, the ex-smokers in the group did not gain weight.

1 week now smoke free ! Heres a quick promo video praising my electronic cigarette … Not really a full review or anything im just basically stating i like my ecig / e-cig /electronic cig /vaporizer etc… and will be collecting , i would say though if they bought a Titan and used the manual switch – i bet they would get a killer throat hit like i did , i still need to look into getting the usb passthrough , from what i ve seen thats the way to roll , charging is suxor… well i can honestly say i would reccomend , it is by far BETTER then the nicotine patches and gums in my opinion . I feel i can breath and smell better now – after just 1 week… so im really diggin’ it.

I tried looking for glycerine to cut my e-liquid with and for added vapor/kick – but albertsons , wallgreens ,helath shops ,vitamin stores ,safeway, party city etc dont carry it …..i found it impossible…wtf?….so i went ahead and added water to cut my liquid down lith it works i flavored it , it tastes good , but the smoke is less dense , 1n one third part water and 2 dropper flavorings. …..i know i know i just killed about two full batches of e-liquid most likely but i just couldnt wait……… so now i will wait and start over after i find some glycerin – hopefully on ebay??? well anyways just wanted to put this update review video up and explain a little if i could to those who want to learn about the electronic cigarette as an alternative to smoking
