Quit Smoking Advice
These clips are from the BBC: Horizon documentary series entitled “We Love Cigarettes”. The advice Allen Carr gives is pretty good, it convinced me (a 5 year smoker) to quit cold turkey. It has been a couple months now and I’m still going strong.
Update:
It has been over one year since my last cigarette and I have never been tempted to look back. I really hope this simple advice has helped someone else.

Unfortunatley I did …
Unfortunatley I did grasp the theory of his words. The entire time they were talkign about qutiing i wanted to smoke. I have tried multiple times to quit but can’t even last 24 hours. I smoke a pack a day and have been for 4 years and idk why it is so hard to quit. I have a family and a son to care and grow old for and idk how if i can’t kick the habbit.

Your health will …
Your health will benefit from quitting. As long as your not already dead. Your lungs will try to clean themselves. And your breathing can get better. So don’t go back to smoking again. Your health will get better as long as you stay off tobacco. Good luck.

Well, he is right …
Well, he is right about the withdrawals… they are what cause you to want to light another cigarette. However, they are a little difficult to deal with in the first few days. It is worth quiting. I will get there…coming from someone who chain smoked 3+ packs a day just 2 years ago and now only smokes 5 cigs per day.
